The first month's room, board and care services charge is due at contract signing plus a one time community fee of $1500.  When inquiring, please ask us about how we can make your community fee more affordable.
     
*For the safety and convenience of our residents, our second floor area is accessible by a staff operated electric chairlift.
     
All resident contracts are a rental term of 6 months but with a 30 day cancellation provision.
